Public issues, policy and social marketing firm SE2 has added Jill Hamilton and Laura Giocomo as associates. Hamilton previously worked in development and communications with the Dalit Freedom Network and Giocomo most recently served as the director of scheduling for Denver Mayor John Hickenlooper.
