Fox31 has named Dennis Leonard vice president and general manager, replacing Bill Schneider who left in June to take over the Fox affiliate in Tampa Bay. Leonard joins Fox31 from WBRC-FOX in Birmingham, Ala., so expect an increase in news stories on pickup trucks and chewing tobacco (that was for Pete Webb, who was concerned we had lost some of our snarkiness).
