B Public Relations Adds Social/Digital Manager

B Public Relations has added Merideth Milliner as social media and digital manager. Prior to joining the firm, Milliner was marketing manager for Lafrance Hospitality, where she developed and managed all facets of marketing campaigns for hotels, restaurants, event venues and catering departments. Most recently Milliner managed social media and e-commerce for Stonebridge Companies, a leading hospitality management and development company based in Denver.
