Whew. We were concerned about Qwest’s need to layoff 700 of its employees, but it appears that the telecom giant has righted the ship thanks to out-of-the-box thinking such as this.

Qwest lays off more I.T. workers in December, it has not righted itself. To do so would require Qwest to practice better ethics in how staff promoted, laid off. Too much chaos in this company per insiders.
