KCNC/Channel 4 finally confirmed that Karen Leigh will replace Molly Hughes as Jim Benemann’s co-anchor. Hughes will become a “special correspondent” for the station, presumably spending most of her time mailing audition tapes to TV stations across the country. Additionally, KCNC/Channel 4 announced it will begin broadcasting in High-Def starting April 21.

Molly Hughes was the best. I miss her everytime I see Karen Leigh as I wander why this happened. Molly was Denver news and the reason for finding out what was happening. “Molly” we miss you and wish you the very best in your future!

Oh, come on. She was a stiff! Maybe she had network aspirations but her overly dramatic stiffness was painful to watch.

We want Molly Hughes BACK NOW! She should be the head person on the news. We do not watch channel 4 any more because you took Molly off.
That is like coffee with out water. Bring her back!
