Grayling has added political heavyweight Roy Palmer as Senior Advisor to the firm’s state and federal government affairs practice. Prior to joining Grayling, Palmer served as senior vice president and executive officer for Xcel Energy. He also served as chief of staff to both Colorado Gov. Bill Owens and U.S. Sen. Wayne Allard (R-CO).
