EchoStar/Dish Network has long had the reputation as one of the most difficult places for a public relations person to work in Denver, and this Rocky Mountain News article makes it sound like its not just tough in the PR department.

Doesn’t surprise me at all. The atmospher at EchoStar is very detrimental. I was recently being recruited for a senior level marketing position and then found out that they were trying to lowball applicants on the salary – $65K!!! What a joke and EchoStar deserves what they get with these types of business decisions.
