850 KOA talk-show host Mike Rosen may rail against Chicago politics, but it looks like his supporters know a thing or two about stuffing the ballot box. In the first Denver radio ratings sample since the introduction of electronic “people meters” (rather than the previous self-reported diaries), Rosen appears to actually have about half the listening audience he thought he had. And the news isn’t good for 850 KOA’s Dave Logan, KHOW 630 or pretty much an Clear Channel station either.
So who is winning with the new, more accurate measuring devices? KOSI 101, Spanish language station KXPK 96.5, and 99.5 The Mountain. Joanne Ostrow at the Denver Post has the details.
