GroundFloor Adds Non-profit Client to Roster

GroundFloor Media has added the Alliance for Early Success as a client. The agency’s digital team will provide strategic counsel, design, digital and website development services to the Alliance to create an updated website highlighting the organization’s research, policy and advocacy services, as well as to serve as an active forum for the Alliance’s grantees and grantors. GFM will also design a logo based on the organization’s new name, tagline and messaging.

GroundFloor Adds Consumer, Financial Services Clients

GroundFloor Media has added New Direction IRA as a financial services client. GFM will manage media relations and thought leadership programs to increase awareness of the company’s investment education and record-keeping services for self-directed individual retirement accounts (IRA).

GFM also has been named agency of record by 34 Degrees, makers of all-natural, wafer-thin crackers. The firm will provide strategic planning services, as well as online content development and optimization.

Jumel PR Adds Mandil as Client

Jumel Public Relations has been selected by Mandil Inc. to implement a public relations campaign to promote its color business. Mandil blends architecture, color, strategic branding and interior design for clients including home builders, marketers and architects. Jumel will focus on highlighting Mandil’s color expertise through media relations, community/industry outreach and by establishing an authentic presence for the company on LinkedIn, Facebook and Pinterest.

The Bawmann Group Lands Two Clients

The Colorado Health Insurance Cooperative has selected The Bawmann Group to build the non-profit’s brand platform, marketing strategy and website, as well as direct its earned/paid/owned media activities and grassroots community engagement efforts. CHIC has been awarded a $69 million loan by the federal government to create a statewide, member-owned health plan that will participate in Colorado’s Health Benefit Exchange.

TBG has also been engaged by Mirenda & Associates, a national philanthropic consulting firm, to revise its brand platform, website and earned/owned media efforts.

Conversation Starters Adds Two Clients

Conversation Starters Public Relations has been chosen for public relations and production support for “AAA Presents EnCompass with Dan Davis.” Sponsored by AAA Colorado, the travel-oriented show is produced by Studio D Productions and debuts Saturday January 5, at 9:30pm on Denver’s Channel 20.

The Stasko Agency Adds Three Clients

The Stasko Agency has been tapped to handle all the local publicity efforts for Brown-Forman’s launch of Cinnaster, a new, cinnamon-flavored Tuaca Liqueur.  Stasko was also selected by the Colorado Business Group on Health to provide publicity and public relations services for the 2013 Culture of Health Conference – the fourth conference the firm has promoted. Key Link PR has been named the PR agency of record for PZ1 and added the Big Beers, Belgians and Barleywines Festival in Vail, Colorado, as a client. PZ1 is a group of former Olympic Ski and Snowboard athletes who provide instructional experience through private sessions, performance clinics, custom experiences and race camps, across the nation. And the Big Beers, Belgians & Barleywines Festival is a three day event featuring educational seminars, two Brewmasters dinners, a Commercial Tasting, and a homebrew competition, all hosted by some of the most famous personalities in the craft beer industry.

NCAA Selects GroundFloor for Women’s Final Four Fan Events

Orapin Marketing + Public Relations has added the Rocky Mountain ADA Center to its client roster and will manage the organization’s public relations activities. The ADA Center, based in Colorado Springs, provides information, guidance and training to individuals and organizations with rights and responsibilities under the Americans with Disabilities Act and serves a six state region including Colorado, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah and Wyoming.

Bawmann Hires One, Wins Several

Things are hopping at The Bawmann Group. The firm announced it has been retained by the Centers for Health and Public Safety, Kaiser Permanente-Colorado and the College for Financial Planning to provide a variety of marketing and public relations services such as web development, advertising campaign development, social media strategy and community outreach. TBG also was awarded a new contract by the State of Colorado to manage advertising and PR for the Low-Income Energy Assistance Program.

Additionally, TBG has added Kelly Heavey as account executive. Heavey is a University of Kansas graduate and most recently handled social media and public relations for the sustainability grant under the direction of the mayor of Lincoln, Neb.

USA Swimming Foundation Picks GroundFloor Media

The USA Swimming Foundation has selected GroundFloor Media to lead the communications efforts for the national Make a Splash Tour with Cullen Jones, presented by ConocoPhillips, as well as national water safety awareness. Through the tour, Jones, a survivor of a near-drowning incident at age five and the first African-American male to hold a world record in swimming, is visiting six cities this summer to address the importance of water safety in an effort to reduce the number of U.S. drownings, particularly among minority youth.

Adrenaline Announces New Clients

Adrenaline has announced a slew of new clients, including retail marketing intelligence and consumer research firm Leisure Trends Group, National Ski Patrol, performance cycling companies Reynolds Cycling and Pactimo, USA Wrestling, the Western Collegiate Hockey Association and the Central Hockey League’s 2012 All Star Game and Deer Trail Assisted Living in Rock Springs. Adrenaline also announced that it is performing pro bono work for the National Alliance for Accessible Golf.
