Linhart PR has signed a long-term lease that will allow the agency to nearly double its space in the historic Baur’s Building downtown. The agency currently occupies about 10,000 square feet on the buildings’s second floor, and the new lease adds another roughly 8,000 square feet on the third floor. Linhart said the expansion was necessary due to growing client needs and continued staff additions.

I’ll be among the first Linhart staffers to move upstairs, giving me a reason to finally clean my office
Our new floor will have an outside patio. Too bad I don’t smoke anymore! But we’ve already purchased an LPR bocci ball set.
Expect to receive an invitation to our open house party in the coming months.
