The Best Place to Work? This award is a JOKE! Few employees give honest responses and all you reward is the CEO who can fill out the most survey responses. How about a new, simple rule - any company which submits more surveys than they have employees is automatically disqualified instead of AWARDED?

If you ever want your little publication to be taken seriously than stop handing out empty awards to executives with social insecurities.
