A shout-out to Xcel spokesman Joe Fuentes, who has no doubt been working triple time during this brutal snowstorm. Hopefully Xcel will finish restoring service soon, and Joe can take a long nap.

I am always game for a “shout out” for Joe. He always deserves it, but this week he also earned it. Go Joe!
