Fort Collins Now takes a shot at 5280′s internship salary of $600 per month, calling it a “paltry” sum. Of course, it is $600 per month more than some Denver PR agencies pay their interns (that means you Turner PR, among others).

Paid PR internships?! I had three UNpaid PR internships in college before landing a PR gig in NYC when I graduated. In fact, some of them require course credit which means you actually PAY (for credits at your school) to slave for free. It’s called, paying your dues.
