KUSA/Channel 9 entertainment reporter Kirk Montgomery has turned down an out-of-town job offer and instead re-upped with the NBC affiliate for four years. He hopes to expand his role to include hosting a show on KUSA’s sister station, My20. Now if someone could explain to us how he won Westword’s “Best Hair on a TV Personality.“

Channel 9 is the best in Denver,BUT talk about hicksville! Wow, channel 9 needs some real metro types, and the hayseeds that the pay at 9 brings in, Denver deserves better. It is not a major market channel for sure.
